Vijay Venkataramanan
Vijay graduated from the University of Southern California, School of Cinematic Arts and began his career in broadcast production at DDB, Los Angeles. His love for the movies and particularly the crafts of post production brought him back home to India where he worked as a film editor and post production supervisor for the next decade. He then joined Amazon where he enabled in-house post production teams across Bangalore, Beijing and Chennai to collaborate over the cloud to help launch campaigns for Amazon Echo, Pay and Music. Vijay then served as the Director of Post Production for Netflix, India where he built and led a team to deliver over 60 original titles across scripted series, feature films and non-fiction shows, introduced newer models of post production management and worked closely with the vendor and talent ecosystem to upgrade finishing and delivery standards. In January 2022, he co-founded Spotter to re-envision and re-structure post management in emerging markets. 



Sreeram Ramanathan
Passion and love for media is what has driven Sreeram’s career choices over the years - from advertising, editing, VFX Supervising, producing and directing across all formats and platforms to more recently… aerial cinematography!
Sreeram setup one of the first Data Management and Workflow Consultancies in the country and is deeply invested in content creation and verticals like VR, AR and MR. His foresight and keen interest in R&D gives him an edge over his peers. Given a choice he’d want everything in 32K. In January 2022, he co-founded Spotter to put all his skills and experience in post production to good use.



Sumeet Kamath 
With over two decades of experience of spearheading marketing and promoting his various businesses, Sumeet Kamath worked with some of the best production and media houses before starting his own. He’s cool, collected and righteous, super fun, suffers from OCD, making sure every drive, pen and keyboard is absolutely straight on every table.This multi-lingual, multi-tasking machine handles business and strategy, acts as our technical consultant, data saviour, network manager and much more.



Shivani Saran
An MBA and double-major engineer, She merged her education and passion to dive into filmmaking as a second-life career choice a little over a decade ago. Having started her film career as Head of New Business Development at Chilean film production company Forastero and has films such as Thursday Till Sunday and I'm Not Lorena to her credit. She moved to India in 2012 as Supervising Producer at the National Film Development Corporation of India and produced for the NFC films such as The Lunchbox, Qissa, and Sunrise, amongst many others. With Excel Entertainment she line produced Dil Dhadakne Do and Executive Produced Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees.
Having founded Mutant Films in 2016 with Seher Latif, Shivani took a leap into producing feature films and series with projects such as Maska, Gold, Bhaag Beanie Bhaag, Feels Like Ishq and Noblemen. As she continues her producing journey from script-to-screen in India and the US with her newly-minted production house Terrapin Films, Shivani took her love for everything typically branded "nerdy" and for filmmaking into post production management services since 2020 and has successfully post-produced over half a dozen projects including her own productions and Dhamaka, Jubilee, Cobalt Blue, Three of Us, and Scoop. As Spotter, she continues her love for everything tech, organization, filmmaking, and collaboration ahead.
